Stay away from those perma focus binos. They usually have a close focus range of around 40 yards. These things works much like focus free cameras, you'll never get a nice crisp image out of these unless the object is really far far away. The 12x of that bushnell will also make it near impossible to hold still without support.
If you have to go with these three, I'd go with the Nikon. I don't like zoom binos either, they usually discount the optics to make the cost affordable since these are harder to make.
For about $15 more you can get something like the Bushnell Legend 8x26mm. These are really good binos, their optical quality is almost on par with other binos in the $150 range.
Whatever you do, when shopping for binos under $100 go for a porro/dog leg design as opposed to the sleeker roof design. Roof binos can be distinguished by the straight tubes, they have a straight line going from the occular to the objective lens. Roofs are much more expensive to make compared to porros, so cheap roofs usually have really bad quality optics.
Look for binos with Fully Multi Coated lenses, as opposed to just Fully Coated or Multi Coated. Look for BAK-4 prism, as opposed to the BK-7 prism.

Hi, These are not night vision binoculars. True night vision devices will always need some sort of power source. The 9×27x50 is the designation and means 9 times magnification, zooming to 27 times magnification, with a 50 mm objective lens (the front lens, not the eyepiece). The 75m/1000m at 9x means that at 9 times magnification you will have a field of view of 75 metres when looking at something 1000 metres away. Fully coated means that all glass elements have been coated to reduce reflections and maximise the amount of light captured. Coatings can be various colours, and the red coatings like yours has are usually used to improve visibility when it is a bit hazy and during early evening. The large objective lens will also aid use when light levels are beginning to get low ie early evening. I don't know about your particular brand, but it sounds as if they will be fine for what you want them for. However, the zoom facility might not be of much use and will probably reduce the light captured and picture quality. For more information visit my website. Hope this helps.

I broke part of the support arms on my german equatorial mount and could not after many phone calls and emails to celestron get the part i needed. Nice scope great optics but very poor after sales customer service. Solved the problem my self by making it out of wood. STAY CLEAR OF CELESTRON.
