If the company is not listed for trading, the shares are probably all owned by the founders, their families, or the management. There may even be a restriction on selling to outsiders.
sometimes its worth it to delete and start over. other tips: hiding the FOAF stuff does *wonders.* so does culling your subscription list. i am oblivious to much of what happens here precisely because i don’t have a bazillion jillion subscriptions (or followers for that matter. but i’m ok with that)

You can not marry until he is officially divorced. A separation agreement holds no bearing ending his marriage. I would ask to see an official document from the court system where you live that states he is divorced.
