Laser Binoculars?

So there was this guy I seen today, cheap Propecia he was lookin at me thru these Binoculars, there was like a red laser light on the lenses, and I asked him to look thru it and he wouldnt let me... anyone know what kind that was?

and see if the binoculars are listed there. The laser was probably a rangefinder, a laser that will read out the distance to whoever is looking through the binocs.
