Please take into consideration the following:
1.- I´ll use it for farming/hunting purposes.
2.- From the farm´s one end to the other, there are almost 3 miles (squared)
3.- I dont understand technical terms, therefore, plz advise me with a good brand, good looking and low cost binocular.
Plz give me @ least 3 options.

I am a hunter and I need some nice binoculars. I don;t know a whole bunch about them though. My primary objective is to scan an area for activity. I would also like to be able to find range buy drugs online without prescription within a certain degree. Lets assume cost is not a issue (up to a grand) I also do not overly like relying on batteries (rangefinder). How do you feel about mil-dot recitles in binos?
Do they work? Another consideration is the size and durability? I pack a lot of stuff when I trek /hunt /camp so smaller is better to a degree, but I like quality.
Any ideas for brand, specs, etc...
Do you like range finders for binos???
