I live on the 16th floor, I can see for miles out of my window and I would like have either binoculars or a scope to look out my window. That would be my main use. Which would work better for this use; binoculars or a spotting scope, and what is the difference?

Binoculars are more compact, generally have less magnification, and primarily used to scan large areas. Spotting scopes have to be mounted on a tripod and is better at looking for details, more magnification and simpler optics, but not as portable as binoculars. I use my optics to shoot, when I shoot short distances, I use my binoculars, easier to use, no hassle of setting up the thing. But when I shoot long distances, I shoot my bows out to 100 yards, then I will use my scope. It can tell me which arrows are mine and which are my friend’s.
So if you want something you can easily bring along with you, buy a compact binocular. But if you just want the thing to stay by your window and you like to see details of objects far away, get the scope.
Maximum Generally uses Binoculars. but, Binoculars cannot magnify in deep. If you more zoom & Best Picture Quality you can get Spotting Scope. If you want spotting Scope you can get here < Agritura.com >.
There is a big difference between the two. Elements is used for average computer users who want to make small time edits. Photoshop CS4(which isn't out for the general public til November 7) is used by most graphic artist as well as web design.
Ok. Just sat down to watch whats left of the game
Drugs are substances that cause a physical or mental change in your body. If they are used therapeutically, they get classed as pharmaceuticals.
We use the stacked card metaphor that we use everywhere else in Gmail. I agree that spelling it out is preferred. We tried at least 8 other visual ways to show this (most of which said something like “20 more posts from Paul on Twitter”) but it competed with the visible post. I’ll take another swing at it, but I don’t think this ranks high on the list of things to spend eng resources on right now.
It's so much fun driving down the M62 spotting various Rugby League teams supporters driving home from Lancashire games, friendly waves!

Ordinal data just tells you the order of something. i.e. think of a 100m race.
1st place might take 10 secs, 2nd might be 10.5 secs and 3rd could be 11.09 secs.
The interval times between them are not fixed. Ordinal data just provides the position of where they came.
Interval data provides information which is more quantative. On the temperature scale you mention, 10 degrees Farenheit and say 11 degrees Farenheit – the difference is 1 degree…. the interval between each is the same – the scale is uniform!!
Ordinal – scale not uniform
Interval – scale is uniform
According to those definitions the electron affinity is to attract any electron. The electronegativity is to attract the electrons in a covalent bond between that atom and another.
The electronegativity tells which of the atoms involved in the bond will have a larger attraction for the pair of shared electrons.
AWSOME!
